Class Teacher: Fixed Term Summer 2025

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced teacher to join
Discovery Primary Academy on a fixed term contract for the Summer 2025 term who:

As an academy, we place high importance on

• A day and a half individual PPA time each
term where you are welcome to work from
home.
• Termly 1 :1 well-being meetings with a
colleague.
• Trained Mental Health First Aiders available
on hand to support staff.
• A well-being week every term in which there
are no after school meetings.
• A well-being day off for staff who
demonstrate commitment to supporting the
academy with extracurricular activities like an
afterschool club.
• A well-being committee who focuses on
supporting staff
• Termly staff breakfast and shared lunch days.
• A modern and relaxing staff room
environment with a staff snack shop.
